And then it was light

For about 9 months (and a couple of weeks) i was swimming around in goo in the dark and then the next minute on the 29th December 2005 at 4.11am it goes really bright and im litterally dunked on this blanket thing on a plastic bed, some guy with a pricky face, i now know him as 'Daddy' is looking at me with a pair of scissors and starts to cut off my big wiggly chord. I can see some really tired looking woman who is just lying down on a bed looking at me, i later learned that she is to be called 'Mummy' and that they are both looking very happy.
